Margo is a full-time independent mortgage broker, licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Her academic achievements include a B.A. Economics, and a Post-Diploma with Honours in Financial Services Underwriting. Margo served as President of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (IMBA) for 2010 - 2011.
Margo's commitment to excellence ensures that you have access to all mortgage lenders. When working with a mortgage originator, you need to confirm that he/she can truly represent your best interest by having access to ALL major lenders. Margo represents all lenders that rely on mortgage brokers to originate loans. By not just working with one or two preferred lenders, like some other mortgage brokers do, Margo's extensive lender access ensures that you receive very competitive rates, and a full range of products that you may not receive through another mortgage originator. Margo served as an expert advisor to Ariad Custom Communications, producer of "Home & Mortgage" Newsletter, for six years.
She has been an active Director with the Independent Mortgage Brokers' Association of Ontario (IMBA) since 2007.

Terence (Terry) Carruthers, B.A. Economics; Licensed Mortgage Agent FSCO #M10001546
A resident of Grimsby for the last 23 years, Terry has worked in the financial services sector since 1973. He recently retired from TD Canada Trust, after a very successful 34-year career with the Bank and its predecessor, Canada Trust. Prior to his retirement from the Bank, he served as Branch Manager for Grimsby. Terry is a Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni.
Terry has been an active member of the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation since 2001; In 2004, he became the Foundation’s Chair.
He is also the past Vice-Chair of the Niagara West Community Hospice (McNally House), with a focus on fundraising for the Hospice.
As well as assisting clients to improve their financial position, Terry also enjoys helping beginning runners with the Grimsby Runners club. A personal interest in bicycle touring has led to the 2008 completion of the 72- day “Tour Du Canada” from Victoria, B.C. to St John’s, Newfoundland, and most recently, cycling the Cols of the Tour de France in September,2010.
Terry is excited to re-connect with his former TD Canada Trust clients, and once again have the opportunity to help people improve their financial position.
